Your data stays yours
We never sell your data. It is held securely in the UK under GDPR. Your landlord sees only what they need to manage the tenancy, and nothing happens with it behind your back.
A fair, lawful process

Why we bother

Honest about the limits
This is a statement of intent, not a legal contract. Your rights as a tenant come from your tenancy agreement and from UK law, and those always take precedence. What we can promise is that havelo is built to help your landlord meet them, not work around them.
