Start it

1. Go to /dashboard/settings.
2. In the Subscription section, click "Try Pro free for 1 month" (or Portfolio).
3. The trial activates immediately.

During the trial

• All Pro / Portfolio features are unlocked (more properties, AI assistant, compare wizard, scheduled emails, etc.).
• You'll see a banner showing days remaining.
• When it ends, your account reverts to Free unless you've subscribed.

Important

• The trial is one-time per account. You can use it for either Pro or Portfolio (not both).
• We don't take a card upfront, so there's nothing to cancel.
• If you choose to subscribe before the trial ends, billing starts immediately and the trial banner goes away.
