Log a maintenance issue
Add a repair to the log (with photos and a category).
Steps
- Go to
/dashboard/maintenance. - Click "New issue".
- Pick the property.
- Pick the category (plumbing, electrical, gas, structural, damp, appliance, pest control, other).
- Title the issue (short, scannable).
- Add a description (1-2 sentences is enough).
- Optionally add a cost estimate.
- Click "Save".
After it's logged
The issue is set to In Progress automatically. You can:
- Assign a contractor (matched to the trade).
- Add notes as you go.
- Mark as Completed when done.
Photo evidence
Tenants who report from their portal can attach photos directly. Photos help contractors quote without an in-person visit.
