Give tenants access to their portal

How tenants log into havelo to report repairs and see their lease info.

Each tenant gets a private portal. They can:

  • Report maintenance issues with photos.
  • See the status of open repairs.
  • See their lease, deposit reference and access code.
  • Read messages from the landlord.

How they log in

  1. They go to havelo.co.uk/tenant-portal.
  2. They enter their email and the access code you sent them.

Where to find the access code

Open the tenant in /dashboard/tenants. The access code is shown on the tenant card. You can regenerate it any time (the old one stops working immediately).

Sending the welcome email

After creating a tenant, click "Send portal welcome" on the tenant card. The email contains the portal URL and the access code in one click.
